High rank requirements

Applying to a high rank is no walk in the park. There is effort taking in both parties. Now, before you consider making a high rank application read this helpful reminder.
These are things to keep in mind when making the application.
Are you Active? Regularly getting online in the pack and role playing with the other members.
Is your character suited to the rank? If they've misbehaved in the past, they will not be getting this rank unless they've proven themselves otherwise.
Are you able to handle the rank? Behavior is a serious problem, if you've lost a strike in the past, you'll have to work to fix it once again.
No outside contact? Again, this is important for high ranks. The Tier I and Tier II members must always be able to contact on social media that way it's easier to plot and handle situations. It's not that hard to download Skype or perhaps Kik on your phone.
Keeping updated with the site? I know the site isn't that important but keep updated with it. Because most news will be posted on here before, it'll be announced.
